Contributions

In 2018, he launched ViVa! Victoria Latin Fest, a landmark cultural festival that has brought rhythm, color, and Latin heritage to the city year after year — helping shape Victoria’s growing Latin cultural scene.
Moises has also contributed to the community through initiatives like Salsa Sundays at Centennial Square (2015–2019), creating accessible spaces where hundreds gathered to dance, connect, and celebrate Latin culture in the heart of the city.

Beyond Events
Beyond events, he shares his passion through media as co-host of Postales Musicales de América Latina on the University of Victoria’s radio station, highlighting the diversity and richness of Latin American music.
Through every project, his mission remains the same:
to keep the spirit of Latin culture alive, growing, and accessible for all.
